Are you looking for west coast swing music?  Here are 12 swing songs that Dj mineh is currently playing in west coast playlists for events.  There is a mix of blues, contemporary, r&b and soul music listed, all with good tempos to swing to. Every month, I plan to post 10 west coast swing songs that I’m really liking right now.  Not all of them will be new.  Some are classic songs that never get old for me, Some I haven’t played a while and I’ve come back to, and some will be current songs that other DJs have introduced me to, or that I have found. Right now, a lot of west coast swing music that has a 60s feel to it is finding it’s way on to my playlist. Artists like Mayer Hawthorne, Jamie Lidell, Josh Rouse and Cee-Lo continue to be popular with dancers. I’m also finding that a lot of people are looking for accessible blues music. In that regard, I find that R&B Artists like Anthony Hamilton, Robin Thicke and Keb Mo make very easy transition songs to go from pop to blues due to the heavy influence of blues in their work. Many thanks to all the DJs who introduced me to some of the songs below.    So what are all of you dancing west coast swing to right now?
